  6.         extremely configurable and efficient ps-like program.
  7.         The columns to be displayed and their order can be changed.
  8.         Selection and sorting of processes can use arbitrary
  9.         expressions based on the column values.  Macro definitions
  10.         in initialization files make it easy to specify useful
  11.         combinations of options.  Ips requires that the /proc
  12.         file system is available.
